How Heere Naturals process a2 milk?
As soon as the Gir cows are milked, the milk strained through a set of filters and is then chilled down to 4 degrees C in the raw milk tank. Once the tank is filled, the milk travels through a pasteurizer where it is heated to 74 degree C for 15 sec and immediately cooled down in the pasteurized milk tank. Within no time, the milk enters into final packaging where it’s stored in cold rooms and then dispatched.
What is Farm to Customer journey of Heere Naturals a2 milk?
Milking at our cow farm starts at 7.00 AM. By 11.00 AM the milk gets pasteurized and packed. It reaches the cold rooms at city depots in refrigerated vehicles by 09.00 to 12:00PM. At 4.00 AM the next day morning – the milk is carried by our delivery persons in their insulated bags to the customers doorstep delivery. The entire milk journey from farm to your doorsteps is thus completed in less than 18 hours.

At Heere Naturals, we employ a distinct process for crafting our a2 Ghee. We start by utilizing a separate batch of milk to skim fresh cream. This cream undergoes a 24-hour fermentation process using bacterial culture. Once fermented, the cream is churned to produce white butter, known as ‘loni’. Subsequently, the ‘loni’ is heated to 107 degrees Celsius to eliminate moisture content until it transforms into an aromatic golden brown liquid. We then carefully lower the temperature of the ghee to ensure a consistent, grainy texture throughout.

When I can Pay the milk bill?
At every first date of month you will receive the total milk payment of previous month. Milk bill need to be paid till 10 date of upcoming months. for unpaid bills milk supply will be hold.
How to cancel milk delivery for next day?
You need to inform us by call or WhatsApp message that delivery cancelation for next day ( or next few days) up to 2 pm previous day. after 2 pm milk delivery can not be canceled.
How I can manage my milk delivery schedule?
You can schedule mild delivery as per your requirements. i. e. on alternate days basis, 2 days gaps or any particular days of the week.
What is the minimum milk quantity I can order?

How to Pay milk bill? Cash payment available?
You can pay milk bill only online method directly in to out bank account, through UPI, or apps. etc… Cash payments are not accepted.
